In the event of damage, the problem of spare parts procurement arises. We offer you the short-term manufacturing of replacement parts based on samples or drawings as an alternative.

SHW-UF traveling column milling machine
At the end of 2005 we put our new SHW-UF 6L traveling column milling machine into operation. The machine was supplied by SHW Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH of Aalen-Wasseralfingen and was built according to the latest technical know-how.

Automatic universal milling head with headstock. Milling head mount swivels 360 x 1 degree via CNC control, milling head swivels 180 x 1 degree via CNC control. Repeat accuracy is +-0.002 mm
Digital individual feed drives, Y+Z axes 2-24000 mm/min, X axis 36000 mm/min
Automatic tool changer with 90 tools
CNC rotary table 2500×2500 mm with a mechanical indexing accuracy of 12 sec., on which combined milling and turning is possible.
The machine is readjusted and laser-calibrated every year.
SHW Power-Speed 3000
In 2019 we put our new CNC SHW Power-Speed 3000 traveling column milling machine into operation. Like our SHW-UF 6L traveling column milling machine, it was also built to the latest standards by SHW Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH of Aalen-Wasseralfingen.
